Ice Cold

Hello Crafters,

I couldn't wait to get my new stamp set so I could do the Challenge at: http://sparklensprinklecreativechallenges.blogspot.com/
I fell in love with the stamp sets and I loved working with this set during July, it helped to think cool/cold while it is so hot outside. Also a great start on Christmas cards.

http://sparklensprinklecreativechallenges.blogspot.com/

I chose the Cheery Lynn Step Card #1-B348 Die to make the card from blue card stock. I made the Holly from the Marianne Die LO 243 It looks so real because I used Glossy Accents over the top of the card stock. Chose the die cut that came with my stamp kit to mount the cute little penguin.

Baby card

Hello Cafters,

I wanted to share this card with you. I had made it for a challenge but wanted to also share with my friends over at: http://joanstouch.blogspot.com/2014/07/challenge-vacation-card.html

The challenge was using buttons and bows and the first thing I thought of was babies.

 http://joanstouch.blogspot.com/2014/07/challenge-vacation-card.html

This is a tri-fold card and was so much fun to make. I used most colors that are used for babies. I started with a bright green base, matted my white Swiss dotted embossed  card stock with some bright orange. Added my embellishments which were so easy because of some stash buttons and Just Rite stamps and a few die cuts.
Products used:
Just rite - "Special Delivery" stamp set CR04815 and Bundle of Joy Vintage Labels five CR04810
Marianne - Baby shoes LR0303 and Baby feet - LR0305
Heidi Grace -Buttons
Sparkle N Sprinkle -Orange Crush Glitter - G1092 and Cloud Nine GM2000
Cuttlebug - Embossing Folder - Swiss Dots

Summer Heat

Hello Crafters,

I wanted to try the Challenge over at the Frilly & Funkie this week as I go there often but have only entered a couple of times.  I had family in from La. this past weekend and got to thinking about how often I create cards based on Adult level - Fancy flowers, guy theme, never much on girls, teens etc. so I was feeling crazy summery with the theme and decided to create something I knew my niece would like. Hope you like it as well. Challenge:  http://frillyandfunkie.blogspot.com/ Summer Heat (use red, orange sunshine yellow summer bloom vintage style). This is my creation
