I wanted to make sure I used as many products as I could that came from her on line store and I use several, music, crochet corner  etc. Hope you like it because I finally learned to tie a cute bow, well I think it is.

Angles

Hello Crafters,

I have a friend who just can't get over the loss of a loved one and when we talk she always asks me if I believe in Angles. So when Joan posted the Challenge this week for:http://joanstouch.blogspot.com/2014/05/challenge-15.html I found a stamp set and decided I needed to do something for my friend.  The Challenge is: Cut image or something will will stand above the card, use card stock for color, a Sentiment, and something you can purchase at MyJoansGardens@yahoo.com. Hope you like it.

 http://joanstouch.blogspot.com/2014/05/challenge-15.html

I chose to use the example of Joans card and followed her directions. I love the way it turned out so easily I
didn't even have to start over.Stamped the Angles on white card stock, cut them out and made the card.
I added some embellishments and the sentiment. I Also outlined the card in very light blue like the backing behind the words I typed on Vellum. I used some Glitter type embellishment on the angles and added pearls at the bottom of their gowns as there were flowers and I wanted pearls.

Products:  Inkadinkado Stamp Set - Angles
Cheery Lynn - Mini Fanciful Floruish B1175
Creative Impressions "Bit of Bling"  (tiny pearls)

Bird Song

Hello Crafters,

I can't believe how beautiful this weekend has been.  It was outside time all weekend and so I am just now getting around to cards.  This is for the Challenge over at:http://joanstouch.blogspot.com/p/challenges.html
Challenge is use a die, maybe as an outline for a card (not required), use black on the card, embellishments, and something sold at Joans Gardens. This is what I created.
 http://joanstouch.blogspot.com/p/challenges.html

I used a Marianne Die to cut the outline for this card. This is a view of the outside which as a sentiment from Just Rite, Ferns from Creative Expression and flowers from stash.
Products used: Marianne LRO227, LRO277, LRO234
Graphic 45 - Bird Song paper collection
Just Rite CR04375 Vintage Labels Two
                       Creative Expressions CED1401 Fern Trio
                       eBosser -Embossing Folder "Dots"
                       Glossy accents
This is the inside of the card when opened up I felt the Marianne Die matched with the Graphic 45 paper so well. The glossy accents was used on the lantern, Ribbon from stash. Closed for A2 envelop

Close up of the lantern I think it is so beautiful.

Close up of the cut out of from the Graphic 45 Bird Song collection .

A little different design but I think it is just different enough to go with the Bird Song collection

Fishy

Hello Crafters,

I wanted to get something made for the Challenge over at: http://joanstouch.blogspot.com/ - what was funny about this Challenge is for what ever reason my colors and project is very much like Joans project. I was just sitting at my table going thru stuff and seems the supplies just jumped into my hands.  So this is my take on the Challenge: Use a stencil, try the shadow effect combine two pattern designs, make a card, book or note.
I tried the shadow effect on about 4 tries of different stencils and each time they just didn't look right and I wanted to get this posted today as I will be gone all weekend. So Joan I did try but this is the best I could do.I need lots more tries.

http://joanstouch.blogspot.com/

It was sunny this afternoon when I took the picture so you can see the sun reflecting on my simple mini album. I found two pieces of heavy chip board the same size and the orange paper was falling out of my paper bin, I looked around and saw the bolt of heavy ribbon and here it is.  covered the outside of the chip boards with orange pattern paper and the inside with green butterfly (below are other shots). I bound the two together with the heavy ribbon and it is hold beautifully. I love the gold fish stencil and decided to use it.
Cut what look like seaweed, added bubbles layered the white card stock on to sparkling blue, then black.
Products Used:

Kaiser Craft - Paper collection Australia
Dream Weaver -Stencil -"Fish" - DW Embossing Paste
H2O -Mango freeze # 29516 to color the fish when it was dry
Candy Shoppe - Bling - "Bubbles)
Cheery Lynn - B179 Iris leaves (makes good seaweed to me)
Tim Holtz - Distress embossing in
Inkadinkado Stamps - Sea Creatures
Ribbon - Stash (Black and Gold)
Martha Stewart - Butterfly border punch
Doodlebug design -flock "crushed velvet" black
Kaiser Pearls - Black
Card Stock Green (seaweed)
This is a picture of the inside pocket that hold several pieces of card stock decorated for Notes, pictures, story, etc. This is where I used the MS border punch.

This is a close up of the finished front - I added the sea shells after the fact. Also the bottom of the front was left open for a Title, Sentiment, etc.
