Hello Crafters,

I was going through some of my Die's and found one that I thought would be cute for a "Shape" card, for the Challenge over at: http://classycardsnsuch.blogspot.com/.  When I got home tonight after work I created it.
See what you think for something different when you want to tell someone how special they are to you.

                              http://classycardsnsuch.blogspot.com/

This a a Sizzix big Die - of a Jar - when I decide who gets this I will add a small tag saying my jar is full of wonderful things I love about you. So simple and quick. I cut the die three times 2 from Modeling Film and one for a light gold card stock for the lid. I stamped the words I wanted heat set added embellishments and done. How cool is that. The next pic is of the flower a top the jar.

Hello Crafters,

Well it's Monday, so cold, so much snow, and I had an accident last night. Blinding snow and high winds helped me to land in a ditch (deep) I wasn't hurt but my vehicle is really bad. I stayed home today from work to get things with the accident done and I was really shook up, so I crafted as much as I could today. I am posting this card because I have a little kids Birthday party coming up soon and I thought it might fit the Challenge over at: http://classycardsnsuch.blogspot.com/. No sure because of the products but I so enjoyed making it.
 http://classycardsnsuch.blogspot.com/

For the Challenge I could only find one product at the online store right now and it was the Cheery Lynn - Birch Tree w/critters (Love that die)

Products Used:  Sizzix - Circus Car die cut
                                     Baby Elephant
Just Rite - Bunting & Button Dies SW-04415
                                          Grand Birthday Sentiment CL-04845
Sprinkle N Sparkle - Glitter Sunset G1040 and Embossing Powder Irish Spring EP260
                         Versa Mark ink pad
                         Authentique  Paper Pad 6x6 - BJ0001
                         Cheery Lynn - Birch Tree w/Critters Die - B370
                         Lite green gem

This is the inside of the card - left side has a pocket for a note, gift card, money, etc. right side is the Sentiment from the "Wise Ole Owl" up top.

The Circus Die was cut three times in black heavy card stock and one in decorative paper . I used the little pieces to decorate the inside of the wheels. I popped up double between two black cars and attached the decorative paper to the front of the one on top. punched a hole in the two back panels and ties them together with scrap ribbon so the card would open easily. The sentiment was embossed on the inside card panel, and the little hearts were added to the wheels.

Hello Crafters,

I thought I would try my hand at the Challenge over at: http://www.crafterscompanion.co.uk/blog/crafterscompetition/2014/01/january-2014-hearts/. I don't have a lot of products from there but will in the future.  What I do have I love to use so might as well right.  It is so cold and snowy that all you can do is craft or clean and I have opted for the first.HA HA. Anyway I apologize for the exposure on my pictures I have got to get a better camera or something.

http://www.crafterscompanion.co.uk/blog/crafterscompetition/2014/01/january-2014-hearts/

I really like using the cute mice from all suppliers but the embossing folders for background really make your card pop.  This challenge is "Hearts" but had to use at least one certain product so my product is the beautiful "Embossalicious "Elegance" embossing folder EF8 ELGNCE. Although my pic don't show it these embossing folders make great depth and perfect backgrounds. After embossing my cream card stock I added the lace, stamped my image colored it and added a frame of dark green felt paper. I also like glitter and after coloring added highlights of pink and green glitter, pop it up on the card, Added the pink bow for the lady mouse and then added the bottom embellishments.  It is really a sparkly card.
Products used:

The Embossalicious embossing folder - Elegance - EF8

I used cream card stock, a Crafters Workshop 6x6 Stencil and dream weavers embossing paste.

This is the card I made for their Challenge this week:   "Sentiment"

You can always use a birthday card and especially for a young lad. Bugs and Frogs right!
This is one of  stamp sets from Just Rite, I used cream card stock, stamped the lily pad on the card
decided to cut down the right side with my pinking shears for the Dragon Fly. Stamped the frog several time and the sentiment from another piece of cream card stock. I punched out an oval stamp sentiment and embossed it, and added Rhinestones. Then popped up the frog on the left and the one on the right is just glued there. How simple was that.

Hello Crafters,

Wanted to do something a little different for the Challenge over at: http://classycardsnsuch.blogspot.com/2014/01/ccns-challenge-15-hearts-and-doilies.html, The Challenge is Hearts and Doilies and something sold in the store. The one item I know for sure is Cheery Lynn Heart to Heart Doily Dies DL106 which I used.  This is my project:

 http://classycardsnsuch.blogspot.com/2014/01/ccns-challenge-15-hearts-and-doilies.html

I love making boxes for different occasions and using different mediums. This little box is filled with Candy Kisses. Who can pass up a little kiss.  I cut the box from white card stock and distressed the edges. I used the same collection of paper for every thing else. Pattern for the matting layer on each side of the box and for part of the bottom doily and top doily. I cut the beautiful pictures from the collection and added a different picture to all four sides, also distressed the edges of all and added small amounts of glitter to areas of each picture. I used two dies for the bottom doilies the pattern and then white card stock which the edges were distressed. The Top is made of a mini doily, leaf flourish and the two smaller dies from the Heart to Heart doily hears to create the top. I cut five if each side clued them together and cut off the tip so it would sit on the top and added a Pearl. Oh yes the little box is full of kisses.  I have added pics of each side below so take a peek.

Products used:    Graphic 45  - Paper collection "Sweet Sentiments"- Heart Song 4500805
Cheery Lynn - Doily Dies DL106 "Heart to Heart"
Scandinavian Hearts doily die - D155
                                                  Canadian Kaleidoscope - DL104
                                                  Mini Flourish B1175
Heartfelt Creations - Gift Ensemble - HCD 735
                                                            Amberarls Tiny Doily DL 845
                           Kaiser Pearls -
Art Glitter - Sea Shell glitter and glue clear dry
Tim Holtz - Distress Ink - Victoria Velvet

Great place to put a few words - I left it open because I don't know who will get this -No the heart on top isn't leaning I had it on one of the kisses and missed it.

This is the top of the box with the Mini Doily - DL 845 a view of the heart carousel and leaf flourish

Third side of the box - Hearts, flowers and butterflies - just says it all

This is side 4 just too cute.

Hello Crafters,

This card I am making for a friend of mine that hasn't been feeling well and she loves glitter.  I thought I would also submit for the Challenge over at: http://sparklensprinklecreativechallenges.blogspot.com/

 http://sparklensprinklecreativechallenges.blogspot.com/

I must have been tilting my camera looks like it is at an angle.  I used an oldie but goodie stamp set from SNS. I used black card stock for the card and stamped the image on cream card stock with versa mark
and used all glitter (SNS) to color it. On the Sun flower the black color is block flock and in person is really cool looking. I used the sentiment in this same set and embossed it on the front. the corners are from CL.

Products Used:  Sprinkle N Sparkle - Stamp set 00-160P4 "Butterflies"
                                                          Embossed with Duststorm EP 131

Hello Crafters,

Another bout of cold and snow coming tonight with high winds. You just have to love the weather here.
Thought I would join a Challenge I was invited to over at http://wordartwednesday.blogspot.com/. I was very excited to be asked and love the fact you can do anything not have to use a certain product. What fun the is knowing you can use products of all of your suppliers. Oh well here is my offering this week. Hope you like it.

http://wordartwednesday.blogspot.com/

With so many beautiful paper out today all you have to do is add a little embellishment and you have a great card.  My grandsons friend just lost her father and he wanted me to make a card and this is what I made for her.

I used a page from Heartfelt Creations - Antiquity Collection I cut out several of the flowers and popped them over the existing flowers on the paper and other I added glitter (very hard to tell in the pic)
I used a Nellies Multi frame to add the embellishment in the upper right and made a small flower to set it off.
The sentiment is from the same HFC paper collection, so simple and I love the way it turned out. Oh and so did my grandson.

Products: Heartfelt Creations Antiquity Collection paper pack
               Nellies Multi Frame set MFD062
Art Glitter "Gala glitz" Brown (flowers)
Elizabeth Crafts - white glitter 639 Warm Diamond

Good Tuesday Morning all,

Well I am off to a great start this year - "My second day of being snowed in" my boss is going nuts........
So I am taking advantage of the time and decided to do another "Cheery Lynn" Challenge: Winter White!
My mind ran from snowflakes and such and went to maybe a winter wedding or something a little more "Cheery". Okay my bad but here is what I came up with.....

http://cheerylynndesigns.blogspot.com/

I love the Lace Rose/Flourish and wanted to use it so I built around it - I embossed my card layered with another embossed nester die and then made a 3 x 3 square distressed the edged, embossed with dots and added pearl drops to each dot. Cut the Rose flourish from white paper and layered the rose part over vellum. I die cut the "Sweet William" and although you can't see here they have thin lines of glitter on each pedal, pearls in the centers. I embossed the flourish of the Lace Rose die which is also a little hard to see .
The ribbon is from my stash. What you really can't see here is the lower right corner. It is one of the Critters from the "Cheery Lynn" Birch tree die. I sheared a small cotton ball to dust and put on the bunny.

Products:   Cheery Lynn:  Sweet William Die -B307
Lace Rose and Flourish - B135
Birch Tree w/Critters (Bunny) B370  (I just love these little critters)
Cuttlebug "Anna Griffin" eyelet strips embossing folder -2002112
                 Kaiser Pearls - White
Ribbon - Winter White from stash
                 Art Glitter - Sea Shell
WOW - embossing powder - Shimmer on flourish
                 Viva - Pearl pin
eBosser embossing folder - for dots
ebossalicious "elegance folder" on the Spellbinder nestability square
                  Ranger weathered white embossing powder

Hello Crafters,

I was on vacation for a couple of weeks and all I did was hibernate, well and Christmas, New Years, and SNOW! Wow what a winter this has been and just starting. I thought I would start my year off by trying a different challenge so I went over to "Cheery Lynn" to see what was happening! Opportunity to win an eBosser - so I thought I would give it a shot could sure use one of those. So this is my post for "Cheery Lynn" Challenge: "Use at least one Cheery Lynn Die" how easy is that!

 http://cheerylynndesigns.blogspot.com/

This card is being used two fold - I made it for my grandson who is learning the meaning of being a winner and not whether you score or not. He just started basketball and is down on himself so I used this to cheer him up and for the Challenge for my motivation to start being a winner this year.

OK So here is a brief  description:
I used card stock from stash: Two shades of purple, white, brown, silver and green floral
I cut a Step Card #1 for base using the two purple shades
Cut the tree, owls, squirrel and florets from white card stock, added "Bark" elements to tree pieces, flower soft to owls and pan pastels to florets. Cut owls again using silver card stock and cut out for gears. Added the owls eyes. The sentiment was cut using a cricut. I love how it turned out and my grandson loved it as well.

Products used:  Cheery Lynn: Step Card #1 - B318
                                              Expression bubbles - A103
                                              Tropical Flourish - B127
