Hello Crafters,

This is my second post for the Challenge over at: Use a product purchased at, Black and white ONLY - Christmas - use a frame.

Wow picture is a little bright  - I did something a little different with this card. Challenge was to use a frame
so I used the frame from the last post and made a negative background with it. While the white frame was laying on this black card I spritzed it with Perfect Pearls Mist when I lifted the die cut frame off it left this negative and I loved the way it looked. I added a few embellishments an here you are.

Products used:  Ranger black embossing powder and pearls (on sentiment)
Cheery Lynn - Cathedral Lace frame - DL148
Border die - B146 Pine branches
                        Perfect Pearls - Pearl Mist

This is a close up of the Holly branch so you could see the lift it gave the center of the leaves - to me this look so real.

Hello Crafters,

WOW our first taste of winter - hope everyone took it easy and are getting ready for full blown Winter!!!
I wanted to get a card posted for the Challenge over at: This week the Challenge was to use: Negative of a die cut, white, Red, hint of green, snow flakes and something purchased at I may have used to much green but everything else is covered.
I liked the way the shadow looks like it is pulling away from the side of the house for the evening as the sun moves past the houses wall. OK so it to much light and a bad shot but I tried.

I used a crafters workshop stencil of Mini Brick for the wall of the house. I cut the window after the card dried and used the negative of the candles die cut for the inside wall. Added the candle die cut to put on top of the negative and put the leaves on the bottom. The Candle die was cut two different time once in red and once in green. Added vellum behind the top part of the window to break the wall. and added a wall hanging.
Wreath over window is from stash and snow flakes punched from glitter white paper which you can't see in the pic.

Products used:  Crafters Workshop Mini Brick Stencil 494485
Viva - 3-D Stempel Farbe White (I dried with a heat gun so it would have the roughness like real brick, I think you can see it a little in the pic)
                         Cheery Lynn - Window A-Frame Die 141
Memory Box - Glowing Candles 98661
EK Success and Creative Memories punches for Snowflakes
Graphic 45 for the wall hanging (sticker)
Art Anthology paint - Pickle for the darker leaves

Hello again,

It's a little later in the day now and getting dark way to early (TIME CHANGE) Yuck!
This is the second card for challenge this week: In case you didn't see the first the Challenge is: Something purchased at, Colors are White and Gold,
Use embossing folder and pearls. This is my second card:  Bet you can tell I am playing with the lighting for taking pics. Yes still in the early stage of practice.

First I did not put a sentiment in side because I wasn't sure what I was going to do with this card because it doesn't say Christmas all over it - I am sure you could use it for that but many other things as well.

First I embossed a piece of white card stock - cut out the center portion with a circle cutter. I then embossed the edges of the card and popped it up on a white card.  I colored the Picture portion of the circle with gold and taped it down in the center so there is depth when you look at it. I used a double bow and small pearls for accessories. Very simple little card.

Products Use:  Cricut cuttlebug embossing folder "Anna Griffin" Rose Pavilion
                       Cor'dirations snowflake pearls -76387-00691
Ranger -embossing powder - Queen's Gold
