Hello Crafters,

Thought I would do the second card for Joans Garden Challenge #21 this week:  Leaf design  background, purple flowers, white, green and purple colors and add a Sentiment. Hope you like it.........

http://www.atjoansgardens.com/2013/05/this-weeks-challenge_30.html

I used one of my favorite background stamps "JustRite - Elegant Fronds" and of course it doesn't show up in the pic. Oh well I tried!  I used white card stock and white embossed the Elegant Fronds so it is white on white. Framed it with a purple card stock frame. Made flower from vellum and painted them. I also painted the leaves. For the Sentiment I pop dotted the layers after spiraling them with some metallic thread. Added a row of ribbon flowers that were not the right color green so I painted them as well.

Products used:  Art Anthology - Paints - Mardi Gras  (purple) Pickle (green)
Wrights Ribbon - flower at border
Coats twist threads -Purple and Green
Heartfelt Creations - flowers - HCPC 3468 Tattered blossom and HCD 722 Die
Leaves - HCD732 Die Deco flower pot and the HCPC stamp
                        Stampendous - white embossing powder
JustRite - "Elegant Fronds" background stamp
Tim Holtz - Distress pens - Vintage photo - vines on leaves
                        Birdie Inspirations - Sentiment
