Sorry I didn't notice the shadow across the bottom but there are a couple other close ups.

My card base is a 6x6 cut from the Heartfelt Creations "Posy Patch Collection" so both the front and back have a beautiful scene of posy's.  The sentiment is from the same collection and seemed to be missing a word that  I wanted on this card so that is why the "U"...."A memory that lasts forever "U"! Hope that makes since.
U is chip board covered with same paper and a small bow attached.  Across the bottom I have popped up the posy's to make the trim on this card. The leaves on this card are painted with the new Viva paint.
Well that's the jest of this card. Below are the products used:

Heartfelt Creations: "Beautiful You " Brand new collection: Leaves - HCPC 3532/Die cut: HCD 732

Hello Crafters,

Time for Joans Garden #13 Challenge:  You can make two cards, use yellow, black and white, a frame and something with spring like Umbrella, parasol, etc. and something you can purchase at Joans Garden.

http://www.atjoansgardens.com/2013/04/this-weeks-challenge.html

Wow, what a crooked  pic - I think I am lopsided today - I used the Webster paper left over from Joans Wed. I just love it. It is black and white but I spritzed them yellow.  I shopped like crazy (shhhhhh)  at Joans and I think I was trying to  put all the things on this card.

Flowers were cut from Heartfelt creations " posy patch-HCD701"
Corner die is a Marianne LR0144
Parasol Marianne - LR0263
Cheery Lynn - Baby Breath BAF -#1
                       Mini Fanciful flourish - B1175
                       Flourish leaf strip  - B178
                       Polynesian Sails Oval - DL153
Cuttlebug "Swiss Dot" embossing folder for card and Parasol
Kaiser - Yellow and black Pearls
JustRite - Sentiment - "Because I care" CH02140
Tattered angels glimmer mist "Thatched Roof Cottage"
Ric-Rack - from Micheal's $1 rack
Memory Box - 98484 Cycle

I used black and yellow card stock from stash - fast and easy card to make
Hello Crafters,

Have to share with you one of my most exciting day's.  A few of us got together and went to visit Joan and have a play day doing what ever craft we chose.  We learned a few new techniques which was so awesome. I love hands on learning. Then a couple of the ladies brought canvas to work with and show the ones who wanted to how they did it.  Well as it turns out we all did a canvas and it was so much fun we all helped each other with our ideas and just had a blessed day.  Believe me this is the first canvas I have ever tried and was in shock not knowing what to do so I just grabbed some stuff and started in. This is the out come of mine!

Because I wasn't thinking about posting at all there are a few items that I don't have my self here a home so I don't know what they are but I do know everything I found at Joans Garden.

We used Modpodge, pop dots, Pearls, gems, etc. This is what I do have or remember:

I used Webster pages US1750D and another unknown #, and Kaiser Craft sublime P226 Majesty, tore it into pieces and started building:  I used: Memory Box graceful chandelier 98493 dies
Calypse flourish 98343 to build the flower on lower right side. Spellbinders S5-067 Anemone flower for center flower which is on a doily I didn't write down
or purchase but a must have. Kaiser pearls, gems, some embellishments from the stash drawer and to finish off I used the Washi Tape 561192 - (on the bottom edge) yes I had to have it, Washi Tape is awesome!!!
Also peeled Paint dobber and Tim Holtz distress inks. I wish I had taken pics of everyone's but I do believe Dar did so you can see all of them there. Thanks so much ladies for an awesome day and the creativity......

Hello crafters,

I have had in my possession for over a year a medium that I haven't even used so I thought I would try it for Joans Garden challenge #12.  It is a simple non complicated process but I think it is cute .

Challenge 12 is: Use Container, flowers in container, and use yellow, green, and orange. I am showing you the inside first and then the out side of the card as the container is the inside.

http://www.atjoansgardens.com/2013/03/this-weeks-challenge_28.html

This is the inside of the card I used the following:

Basket is made using Inky Antics 11105 MC Clear Stamps and honeycomb paper (Brown)
Cut the stamped image of a basket (half) on the honeycomb paper and glue Left side to left side of the card and right side to the right side of the card.  When the card is opened it spreads open and give a big 3-D backet. Flower's were colored with H20 paint(Orange peel, sunflower, and moss green). Sentiment is also Inky Antics same set used Tim Holtz distress marker to color stamp.

Now for the front:
On the front of the card I used:

Retro swirls - MPress embossing folder, and Sizzix embossing folder for the Sentiment
Layered using the three colors required as well - colored the single flower with TH Distress markers , shabby shutter, spiced marmalade, peeled paint. Corners are Cheery Lynn B165 lace corners Deco E
Bling is Kaiser and stash.
