Hello Crafters,

Started out pretty rainy here today but did see some beautiful SUN this afternoon. Winter is a big depression for me so the sun was fun.  I felt like crafting with bling this weekend. Friday night I made this card for the Challenge over at: The challenge for this week is: Pink and White colors, Flowers, and something curvy flourish, etc. Also something you can purchase at: .

The underneath paper is from the Kaiser 6-1/2" paper pad "The lake house", next layer is pink card stock stamped with the Heartfelt Creations stamp "Beautiful Juliet HCPC 3566 stamped and embossed with Stampendous white embossing powder, then embossed with eBosser "Polka Dot" embossing folder . I tore with two right hand corners and used Tim Holtz distress markers warn lipstick to highlight the tears. I added to the left side of the card a strip of drywall tape painted white with Adirondack "Snow Cap paint" . On top I place a self adhesive Ribbon (flourish) added "Goosebumps" gem stones Pink and the flower. The flower is made from Crepe Paper (something I learned from Joan Fricker) colored with Tim Holtz re-inker picked raspberry. I added a small amount of glitter and this flower feels so real and has beautiful layers. Thanks so much Joan for sharing.  On and the drywall tape I learned from her as well.
