Hello All,

Hope everyone had a great Hot Holiday - WOW to early in the year for me.  I have been very busy creating a baby album for my friend Pam and almost forgot the Challenge - So here goes

We have been making so many beautiful flowers and the new dies from "Cheery Lynn" that are coming out will take flower making to a whole new level so for this card I stepped back -
My circle flower is from Tim Holtz layered resting a top one of my favorite flourishes from DiNamics.
Butterfly is Spellbinders LF006 from black card stock with frosted vellum back I used my craft wire for the antenna. Martha Stewart punch for the edging on white card stock that was embossed with Sizzix Music folder.  Kaiser white pearls. Sorry my batteries ran out but I added on the inside lower right corner of the card a silhouette of a bride and groom.

card embossed with Sizzix embossing folder, corners are Cheery Lynn, Oval is a Marianne and the
Sentiment is Just Rite Stamp from Shabby Chic CL02190. Flower is made using Marianne dies as well
I used light green flower soft for the center of the pink flower and mica beads for the smaller flowers.
Hello All,

Wow have you been to Joan's Garden lately - Cheery Lynn new release is totally awesome! Anyway I do believe this is #18 and this is one of my takes on it:

Paper back ground is a bright spring green color embossed with Cuttlebug "Swiss dots"
next layer is creamy light yellow embossed with my new Marianne Embossing folder DS0907
layered with: Heartfelt Creations "Ice Cream Bucket stamp" colored with prism pencils. Centers of
flowers are orange mica beads and cut out with Spellbinders. Sentiment is Just Rite "Cast all your Cares"
embossed on card with Ranger embossing powders. Flower is the Spellbinders S4 351 Spiral Blossom.
spritzed green with yellow flower soft center. Leaves are Marianne and top corners are Cherry Lynn B165.

Hello All,

I have been thanking about the chicken that Joan mentioned in this weeks challenge and I was talking to my grand kids about it and they thought I should do something funny.  So as time is running out this is what I did and they laughed so hard I thought I would share it with you. just for fun.

The car is Tim Holtz die card was stamped with a chicken wire fence (it was in my no name stash)
the chickens are "Inky Antics" stamp, Rocks are "Stamps by Judith" and the flowers and grass are a
"Stampland" stamp. Feathers hum not plucked by me I got them from a bag-LOL I used TH new markers for yellow  and stickles for chickens. Hope this made you smile.http://www.atjoansgardens.com/2012/05/this-weeks-challenge.html

Hello All,

Time again for Joan's and Selma's challenge #17 - Vintage

The back ground is rather hard to see because it is shinny (DCWV Luxury Pack-)
Green and white. I did a distressed edge to age the paper -next layer is my stamped back ground
using a Stampland rubber stamp. I used vintage photo Ranger distressed ink on a tan piece of card stock.
The die cut is from Die-Namics dies from Joan's. The hat is made from purple scraps I had on hand from
a basic gray pile of older papers. The hat and stand was cut from Cricut Heritage cartridge. Purple and white feathers. Added another purple feather, small flowers, butterfly and ribbon for embellishments.
