Easter Shadow Box

Hello All again,

Thought I would share what I did with some left over boxes from Tim Holtz shadow boxes I have made.
A small collection of Easter parts, Tim's boxes, glitter and glue, scrap card stock pieces and you can't see it but I save clear plastic containers I get scrap booking tools etc in and cut them to cover the little boxes so little pieces don't get in the mouths of babes, and so they can tear them apart.Great little keepsakes.

For the really small boxes I just used a brad and hung a egg that swings. Well hope you like them or the idea . HOPPY Easter to all.

Challenge 10

Hello All,

Just back from my weekend retreat of scrap booking - It was so much fun, weather perfect, new friends made and saw old friends - and the food is totally AWESOME!
While I was there I did accomplish a few things and my card was one of them so here we go.

For my Easter card I used Memory box, Cherry Lynn and Marianne,  the saying cut from stash of Easter paper quotes, Bunny Boy is from Sprinkle and Sparkles I made the Rose and the leaves are from a old sizzix die. I really love the Marianne embossing/cutting folders, and well I love all the supplies I get from Joan's Garden.
Close up to show how I cut two of the Memory box and off set them, they are also shaped to cup the a little.
Another close up for the Cherry Lynn Victorian Romance Flourish with the Rose - little butterflies are from a new punch from a girl at the retreat I borrowed -shhhhh (CM)

Joans Garden #8

Hello All,

Just a few more weeks til the real Spring, although we really don't have anything to complain about and
making this card sure make me want Spring to come fast and stay a while.

My blue and green card - I made "Bachelor Buttons" and tiny flowers for corners - back ground is
embossed with a cuttle bug folder, and sanded. center is a lighter green pattern with words and sun flower
on it. I cut the ovals from CM cutting system using blue and green pattern paper. ribbon from stash and ribbon holder is from Making Memories also found in stash -it says "Family" on the inside. under the little flowers on the corners I used a Fiskers corner rounder and it punched little vines -and I used punch a bunch  dusty miller leaf under BB. I distressed the edges and used liquid glass on small flowers, pearls on BB and glimmer mist spritz which turned gold. The blue is really this blue love the colors. Thanks Joan and Selma.

A close up of the little flower - there are three layers on each flower and they are all blue-sure looks pink now - HUM!
