Challenge 7-1

Hello All,

Putting away my supplies and decided to add another card - here goes

My rectangle is very hard to see but it is the Marianne embossing folder with the cut out at the top(it is rectangle shape), my oval is the Cherry Lynn Polynesian sails oval, flower is Penny Black Amaryllis (I stamped the flower several times and layered it. Butterfly is Cherry Lynn Small Lace and the boarder is a cut down version from one of the Martha Steward Boarders (thought it looked a lot like the sails in the oval).
Colored the potted Amaryllis with Spica glitter pens, stickles on rocks and two toned the pot. Top it off with a gem stone in center of flower.

Hello All,

Time for challenge 7 at Joan's Garden -

Colors are so bad on this photo but when you see it for real the colors are so bright and pink - not the blotch above.
Anyway hope you get the concept. I used Spellbinders for the the Rectangle, which is embossed with the new Marianne embossing folder and bright pink gem stones in the corners, center is a Marianne die cut  that I have lightly glittered white with pink flower tips. Scolloped oval is embossed with Sizzix Swiss dots embossing folder and sanded dots and edges. Single flower making punches used for leaves, and ferns. Corners and center border are Martha Stewart punch. Twig is Tim Holtz and Heart is Creative Memories layered - Sentiment is from Just Rite CL02060 stamp set embossed in pint. Oh I made the Cherry Blossoms, they were so much fun. Well that's all and Good luck to all.

Joans Garden #7

Hello All,

Loving the cold weather - but can't say much as it isn't deep snow! Anyway time for a challenge card.

I really don't like the way the colors turned out on photo -this a very pink and bright card in real vision,
anyway my rectangle is from Spellbinders S4-133 embossed with the new Marianne embossing folder, with pink rhinestones in the corners. Center of rectangle is another Marianne die cut LR0192. Leaves and  fern are from individual punches, branch from TH -all from "Joan's Garden". Oval has been dry embossed from Sizzix embossing folder and edges are sanded a form of distressing. The cherry blossoms I made using the punches I got from Joan's, boarder is punched from Martha Stewart punch. Heart is double layered from the heart punch from Creative Memories. Sentiment is from "Just Rite CL02060" stamp set and is embossed inside heart "Stopping by to say Hi!" Corners are die cut from the same punch from MS.

Fun card and I hope you like it.

Challenge #6

Hello All,

As I was getting everything ready for this challenge I found from everything I have for card making I didn't have but one basket, and worse couldn't find one so I am making do with what I have for this one. I have seen so many of your cards and they are all great-so here goes.

I have been on a real kick about making my own flowers - I really enjoy it and "Joan's Garden" has every tool you need-plus instruction.
My "Get Well Soon" is from Sprinkle n Sparkle set stamped and embossed with Ranger Sea foam white, used an oval scolloped punch and popped it up.
Corners were cut from the Martha Stewart lattice boarder punch with white pearls added.
The basket is cut from my cricket "Doodle charms" and I ran it through the crimper. I chose to make the "Echinacea Daisy" because it is thought to enhance the immune system for better healing, and because it was easy. Vine on basket is "Memory Box" . Love the bright colors.

Hello All,
Another take on the candy pouch - these are really so much fun and you can use them for any occasion!

Joan's 4 again

Hello again,
I was chatting with someone the other day about the cricket and decided to do something so I used it to cut out something for this card -
The purple around the card is not part of the card -bad crop job =Again the color is not orange it is pink!
Table and lamp is cut from cricut "Sentimentals", added pink gem stones for knobs. The top of the card is from a scallop punch and is acting as a wall mirror. Vase and flowers I stamped from a Rubber Stamp Tapestry kit "SFL34053 Pretty in pink, by using Ranger distress ink pads. the center is to look like a picture setting on the table and it say happy birthday around edges. This stamp is from Fiskers. edges are MS punch and the right side was again distressed with the TM distresser. It's different
Hello All,
Where does the time go, I almost ran out of time to post for Joans #4

I can't believe the color on this machine - the paper is as pink and pretty as the sentiment - Oh well you get the just of it: Butterfly is Cherry Lyn's DL161 Faerie Queen w/angel wings (love this butterfly)back ground flourish is from JustRite CL-02145 Family garden. Center is again JustRite CL-02190 Shabby Chic Labels Four, colored with art pencils highlighted with TH rock candy stickles, and "Midnight" stickles in window frame. Edges of both white card stock were distressed with TH distressing tool, ribbon from stash and Sentiment was a Stamp stamp embossed with Ranger cotton candy pink.
